Whether you are into papercrafts, card making or scrapbooking, Dover’s Vintage Valentine Clipart Book is a great resource for your craft library. Even if you don’t go overboard decorating for holidays, a Valentines Day plastic canvas tissue topper can add a bit of cheer to any room.
